Rachel Klausner is the founder and CEO of Millie, a charitable giving platform that makes giving back easy and impactful. Rachel’s passion for fundraising started when she spent a year after high school living and volunteering on a youth village where she took on a fundraising role during the day and ran programming for kids in the evenings.
Rachel is a product designer by trade and spent eight years designing software at startups. Her expertise is in personalization technology + product design and is excited to leverage those to transform the way people give.
A little about Millie
Millie is building the future of charitable giving for young people. They’re democratizing the traditional donor-advised fund, allowing users to start a fund with $20 (instead of $10,000), and then discover and donate to nonprofits across the U.S.
Tiffany Williams, the founder and principal of TJ Marie Consulting, offers nearly 10 years of leadership and nonprofit management experience, having successfully led teams and nonprofit organizations in securing more than a half a billion dollars in philanthropic support for their causes and missions. Her experiences extend to several U.S. cities, Canada, and across a myriad of nonprofit sectors.
Perhaps most notably, Tiffany helped design and manage a major fundraising effort with the Smithsonian National Museum of African American Museum of History and Culture in Washington, DC, where she guided all aspects of its current nine-figure fundraising endeavor. She coordinated internal and external development activity, advising some of our nation’s foremost leaders in business, politics, entertainment, and philanthropy.
Tiffany’s passion for philanthropy and social impact extends beyond her role as a consultant. She is the founder and CEO of Givly, a universal giving and stewarding platform designed to inspire and harness the philanthropic spirit among young donors increasing donor engagement and mission impact. Givly was one of 12 companies chosen to participate in the sixth cohort of WiSTEM, a women-led tech and tech-enabled startup accelerator program at Chicago entrepreneurial and tech hub, 1871.
Tiffany is a native of Hattiesburg, Mississippi and resides in Chicago, Illinois. She received her BA and MBA from Florida A&M University. Her memberships include Association of Fundraising Professionals, Ms.TECH, The Metropolitan Board of the Chicago Urban League, Forefront, and The Association of Consultants to Nonprofits.
